Carolina A. Romanelli Los Angeles
Covering the spectrum of employment litigation in both state and federal claims, Carolina A. Romanelli represents employers throughout California in claims ranging from discrimination and harassment to wage and hour and trade secret claims.
In her practice, Romanelli has handled various charges filed against employers with the Department of Fair Employment and Housing, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the California Department of Industrial Relations- Division of Labor Standards Enforcement. In doing this, Romanelli often makes use of her fluency in Spanish.
Romanelli received her J.D. from USC, where she served as Co-Chair of the Latino Law Students Association. While in law school, Romanelli also acted as a staff editor for the Review of Law and Social Justice, where she concentrated her research and writing on employment matters. Additionally, Romanelli participated in USC’s Mediation Clinic through which she acted as a court-appointed mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court, where she was assigned to several unlawful detainer, civil harassment and small claims matters.
