About Corey

Corey J. Cabral represents regional and national employers in all aspects of California labor and employment law and related litigation.  With a practice emphasis on state-wide class action and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) wage and hour lawsuits, Cabral frequently assists employers in managing and defending large-scale and sophisticated complex employment litigation matters.  He also has extensive experience with employment litigation involving claims of individual wage and hour violations, gender, disability and age discrimination, defamation, retaliation, wrongful termination, and harassment.  Cabral also represents clients in dealings with union locals and the NLRB.

This experience allows Cabral to conduct thorough workplace and wage and hour audits through which he provides invaluable strategic recommendations for risk avoidance.  This practice includes advice, counsel and training to ensure his client’s maintain policies, practices and procedures in compliance with applicable statutes and regulations.

Before Cabral began representing businesses in California, he served as a judicial law clerk in the United States District Courts, Eastern and Northern Districts of California, and the California Superior Court, County of San Francisco, Complex Civil Litigation Division.
