Greg L. Berk Orange County

As chair of CDF's thriving immigration practice group, Greg L. Berk assists employers with hiring and retaining talented foreign nationals.  Hiring the best and the brightest helps California employers achieve their business objectives, and in today's demanding immigration environment, Berk recognizes that employers require experience and responsiveness from an immigration attorney.

Berk is adept at achieving clients' goals while working efficiently within the government's maze of immigration regulations.  He guides employers through each stage and ensures their compliance with all government regulations. Berk works regularly with employers in California industries with specialized overseas worker requirements, such as healthcare, technology and manufacturing.

One of Berk's strengths is simplifying the immigration process for employers so they can understand it and be an active participant.  Frequently, HR managers must place a foreign national on the payroll within a few weeks.  Berk and his team understand these time pressures and jump to meet client expectations while providing high quality, ethical and professional immigration services.

Berk works closely with employers throughout California, the U.S., and overseas on immigration matters including: work visas such as H-1B, L-1, TN and O-1, employer sponsored green cards (labor certifications), overseas consular matters, consultations and second opinions on complex matters.
