Nicole C. Baldwin San Diego
In her counsel to management in their California labor and employment law issues, Nicole C. Baldwin has extensive experience with employment litigation involving claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination and misappropriation of trade secrets. Ms. Baldwin is also experienced in defending employers against class actions involving wage and hour claims.
Additionally, Baldwin provides employers with strategic advice on matters such as terminations, employee classifications, confidentiality agreements, debt collection practices and employee handbooks.
Over the years, Baldwin has represented a wide variety of clients, including family-owned San Diego companies and global corporations. She vigorously litigates federal and state court matters in addition to defending employers in Labor Commission hearings.
