About Robyn

Robyn E. Frick is a business-oriented, practical attorney with more than a decade of experience representing clients in complex employment and business matters.  Uniquely positioned with both in-house and outside counsel experience, Frick endeavors to provide sensible, cost-effective solutions to complex legal issues.  Frick has extensive experience defending employers against a variety of legal issues including wage and hour, misclassification, discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination and class actions.

She also also regularly provides training, advice and counseling to employers in a wide variety of industries, including conducting investigations and responding to governmental agency claims.  Frick also has extensive experience litigating, managing and developing legal strategy in a vast array of business matters, including contract, business torts, real estate and other commercial matters.  Prior to her in-house counsel role with a healthcare technology company, Frick was a Partner at a leading firm in Orange County.
