Passionate about the role of the employer in a growing economy, Ryan A. McCoy learned about the importance of business as he grew up watching his father run his own small business. Now, McCoy defends employers in wrongful termination actions and other employment-related matters.
In his practice, McCoy represents California employers facing labor and employment litigation based on an array of actions and claims. These include discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave violations, wrongful termination, and Business and Professions Code section 17200 claims. In addition, McCoy also represents employers in complex business litigation.
