Shirin Forootan Orange County
Shirin Forootan represents employers in labor and employment litigation, including actions for discrimination, harassment, retaliation, leave violations, wrongful termination, trade secrets, class action wage and hour claims and employment contract disputes. She also counsels employers on preventative measures to avoid litigation. Prior to joining CDF, Forootan was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP from fall 2008 to spring 2011.
