About Steven

An attorney for over 35 years, Steven A. Micheli has substantial experience in litigation, with an emphasis in the areas of business, real estate, employment and professional liability.  He has tried over 75 cases, and prosecuted and defended numerous appeals, in both State and Federal Courts, and participated in dozens of arbitrations. He has handled disputes involving employment claims, business fraud, RICO, Unfair Competition, trade secrets, intellectual property, securities law, contracts, commercial transactions, debt collection, real estate, real property secured transactions, land use, commercial leasing, title insurance, partnership dissolutions, lender liability, and constitutional law.  He currently focuses his practice on employment litigation, including defending employers in individual and class actions.  He is a member of American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Micheli has also defended and tried numerous professional malpractice cases involving attorneys, real estate brokers, insurance brokers, securities brokers, escrow officers, mortgage brokers, and directors and officers, and represented many of such professionals in disciplinary matters.
