Our San Francisco office is seeking to hire a partner level candidate to assume a leadership role in the office in terms of both business development and client responsibility. Candidates with substantial labor and employment law experience at firms with well-respected employment law practices with portable business are ideal. This is a unique opportunity for a lateral hire as CDF is dedicated to supporting an employment law partner in his or her effort to build a local statewide practice. CDF is sensitive to partners facing increasing pressure to demand high billing rates from employment law clients, and our business model allows us to offer more competitive billing rates that are consistent with the reasonable expectations of employment law clients.
