Advertising Co. Resolves Trade Secret Dispute, Avoids Litigation |
CDF was retained by a national online advertising company that suspected that its former employees, recently hired by a competitor, had taken trade secret information with them. As a result of negotiations and informal discovery that was agreed to by the parties, a negotiated resolution was reached which ensured that trade secrets were not compromised and without the expense of litigation.
