CDF obtained a ruling denying class certification regarding misclassification claims asserted on behalf of a national clothing retailer's store managers and assistant managers in California. In CDF’s deposition of individuals supporting the plaintiff's motion for class certification, we obtained testimony contradicting the deponents' declarations and supporting the employer's arguments against class certification.
