The Securities and Exchange Commission charged the CFO of a software company with securities fraud in connection with the company's financial statements. Issues included revenue recognition and the role of the outside auditors. Obtained a complete victory against the SEC in a federal court trial.   All the other defendants charged in the case had settled with the SEC and entered consent decrees.
