CDF was hired by a prominent synagogue to negotiate and draft a comprehensive multiyear employment agreement for its new rabbi.  Following those successful negotiations and binding agreement, the synagogue hired CDF to prepare a written employment agreement with its existing cantorial soloist.  These agreements have helped forge very positive relations between the synagogue employer and its most important employees.
