Obtained defense verdict in bench trial on behalf of an individual management defendant in Los Angeles County Superior Court in case with allegations of sexual harassment. Obtained favorable verdict in bench trial in United States District Court for the Central District of California for La Salle Fund II in inverse condemnation case.
