About Jayvon
Jayvon Brown is an associate in the Orange County office of CDF where he provides litigation and advisory services to California businesses in all aspects of labor and employment law. His employment litigation experience involves claims of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, unfair competition, breach of contract, and wage and hour issues.
Brown also uses his employment litigation experience to advise clients on the important human resources issues impacting employers.
Prior to joining the firm, Brown worked for a civil litigation firm where he represented community colleges, school districts, and recreation and park districts in both employment, contract, and tort liability matters.
Prior to practicing law, Brown worked for various sports marketing agencies and a well-respected wealth management firm and completed real estate school. He credits these experiences with helping him understand the ever-growing dynamics between business and law and their respective implications for his clients. Due to this, Brown lives by the personal motto "I am a businessman, who can solve problems from a legal perspective."
