About Linda

Linda Wang is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office.  She represents clients across many industries, including healthcare, food and beverage, manufacturing, and retail.  Wang’s litigation practice focuses on single-plaintiff FEHA claims (discrimination, harassment, retaliation), wage and hour, PAGA and class actions.  In the past year, Wang has helped clients navigate around COVID-19 related laws and regulations, including drafting COVID-19 prevention plans.

In addition to litigation, Wang also advises clients on a variety of matters, such as workplace disputes, wage and hour compliance, and leave laws.  She enjoys both litigation and counseling and works closely with clients to understand their specific business needs.  California labor law is complex which puts employers in a tough spot, but Wang is not afraid of challenges and is a go-getter who always has her clients’ best interests in mind.

Wang is fluent in Mandarin, Chinese and can provide legal advice in Mandarin.  She also provides legal support to pro bono clients.
