About Rosario
Rosario “Rosy” Stoliker is an attorney in the San Diego office. Her practice focuses on representing clients in California state and federal court litigation with an emphasis on employment class actions and single-plaintiff cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims.
In particular, Stoliker uses her strong analytical skills to assist her clients in solving complex problems and finding creative solutions.
Stoliker received her Juris Doctor cum laude from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. While in law school, she held leadership positions in several organizations, including the Student Bar Association and the Public Legal Services Society. She was also invited to become a member of the American Inns of Court.
Stoliker externed for Magistrate Judge Allison Claire of the United States District Court. She also clerked for two California defense litigation firms. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from California State University, Northridge, where she graduated with academic distinction.
