About Samantha
Samantha Tanner McKay is an Associate in CDF’s Sacramento office. McKay defends employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination, as well as wage and hour claims, including complex class action and PAGA litigation. She also defends employers against administrative claims filed with the California Civil Rights Department, Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
Mckay also provides proactive advice and counsel to California employers in all aspects of employment law, including the review and drafting of compliant workplace policies and employment handbooks, leaves of absence, wage and hour compliance, employee termination and discipline, and the interactive process and reasonable accommodations to reduce the risk of potential litigation.
