About Sumer
Sumer Forrest is a first year Associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on assisting employers with a broad range of workplace issues. Her experience includes defending employers against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
Forrest’s studies during law school focused on Labor and Employment Law. Before her law clerkship at CDF, she worked in the healthcare industry. As an associate attorney, Forrest combines her legal experience with her experience working in the healthcare industry.
