CDF secures a complete defense award for a large regional hospital after five-day arbitration in a disability discrimination and retaliation matter. The employee (who had a history of engaging in odd workplace behavior) filed a lawsuit wherein he alleged disability discrimination, failure to engage and failure to accommodate, retaliation, and wrongful termination after he was terminated for insubordinate behavior. CDF secured a complete victory for a preeminent regional hospital following a five-day arbitration and extensive post-hearing briefing. Dawn M. Irizarry and Carolina A.
