Summary Judgment Granted On Disability Discrimination and Retaliation Claims

Director of Security for a large multi-national company alleged that he was discriminated against and wrongfully terminated based on his disability, and retaliated against for having exercised his right to leave under the California Family Rights Act.  The court granted Defendant’s motion for summary judgment in its entirety and all claims were dismissed.
