CDF Webinar:  2020 Hindsight in Advance – California Employment Laws & Compliance Tips You Wish You Knew in Advance

We all know the saying “Hindsight is 2020.”  When it comes to keeping up-to-date with California’s employment laws and regulations, you don’t have to feel that way - we can help.  CDF has developed this webinar so you can take action, now, and not after your company receives an employment-related claim.

This webinar will focus on the best practices that need to be taken to adjust to the new laws and court decisions, as opposed to a review of the laws themselves.  Whether you are in human resources, in-house legal, or management of a California business, keeping up on the new and increasingly complex compliance issues for employment law in California is a time-consuming task with significant legal exposure.  Attendees will learn best practices that can be implemented now so your business can avoid potential costly litigation land mines before they happen.  The webinar will be conducted by Todd Wulffson, the Managing Partner of our Orange County office, who was also a General Counsel and CHRO for a public company.

Who should attend:  If you play any role in the management of a company that has a workforce in California, you will want to make certain to reserve your spot for this timely webinar.

This webinar will include a 45-minute presentation, followed by a 15-minute question and answer session.

California MCLE credit will be available to attendees.
