CDF Webinar - CA Labor & Employment Law Year in Review - Key Developments from 2019 & Tips to Prepare for 2020
Due to its popularity, we are bringing back our annual “Year In Review” webinar for a second time on January 7, 2020. During this webinar, we will discuss the important new legislation, key judicial decisions from 2019, and other developments California employers need to be aware of for the coming year.
Last year brought many new developments and changes in the law. The courts and California legislature have been very active. We will address AB5 and all the surrounding issues regarding independent contractor classification, along with other important changes for arbitration agreements, post-litigation settlement agreements, and many more. We will not only discuss these developments, but will also offer some suggestions for managing them and helping you to comply with them.
If you missed the first presentation on this topic we conducted in November, here is your chance to make certain you don't miss it all together.
HRCI, SHRM and CA MCLE certificates of attendance are available to attendees.
