In this article, Dan and Allison discuss individuals who have had COVID that may suffer long-lasting effects and how these individuals (also known as "COVID long-haulers" or "long-COVID") may rise to the level of a disability under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). They also address best practices for employers when dealing with potential employees with long-COVID.
