Mark Spring Quoted In AOL Jobs’ Article On Workplace Discrimination Based On Sexual Orientation Regarding Catholic H.S. Firing Of A Married, Gay Teacher

Northern California CDF Partner Mark Spring was recently quoted in an article published by AOL concerning a recent sexual orientation discrimination lawsuit.  The article discusses legal issues surrounding the case of Ken Cencomo, a California Catholic high school teacher at the all-girls St. Lucy's Priory High School who was fired two weeks after he was married to his male partner.  Spring offered his opinions on the rights of religious organizations in California to require teacher employees to abide by the precepts of the religion in their personal life.  To read Spring’s quote and the entire article, click HERE.
