Jeremy Naftel to Speak at Sacramento Hotel Association - HR Professionals Roundtable

On January 26, Partner Jeremy Naftel is scheduled to present a wage and hour seminar to the Sacramento Hotel Association, Human Resource Professionals Roundtable. Naftel will focus his presentation on the most significant wage and hour issues, including meal breaks, rest breaks, the administrative exemption, calculation of the "regular rate of pay", vacation accrual caps and more.
