Plaintiff Can’t Invoke California Law To Pursue Class Wage Claims In Lieu Of Individual Arbitration

A national lending company faced class claims that it failed to pay employees all wages earned.  Plaintiff attempted to avoid the arbitration agreement and class waiver that she executed at the time of hire so that she could pursue a class action.  CDF successfully enforced the class waiver and arbitration agreement at the trial court level.  Which was affirmed on appeal.
