CDF Webinar: Key Issues for Union & Non-Union Employers Related to Novel Coronavirus & The Return to Work
In this thirty-minute webinar, Mark S. Spring, Chair of CDF’s Traditional Labor Law Practice Group will discuss important issues for both unionized and non-unionized employers related to the novel coronavirus crisis and the National Labor Relations Act.
Some of the issues covered in this webinar will include:
- How unions are using the novel coronavirus crisis to gain strength and momentum and gain more control in the workplace;
- The expected increase in union organizing stemming from the novel coronavirus crisis and increase vulnerabilities;
- When the duty to bargain arises and when it does not in dealing with return to work issues and protocol changes; and
- How unions can use the novel coronavirus to get around No-Strike clauses in collective bargaining agreements.
This webinar will cover some key issues often omitted in other COVID-19 “Return to Work” programs.
