About Dalia

Dalia Khatib is Senior Counsel in the Orange County office. Her practice focuses on defending California employers on various issues, with a special emphasis on wage and hour class actions and Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) litigation.

Khatib has experience at all stages of litigation, including trial. She has also deposed plaintiffs, defended depositions, and filed successful discovery motions. She has negotiated with opposing counsel to reach a successful resolution of the matter before litigation begins. She has also successfully defended employers against administrative law charges, including drafting position statements for the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and the National Labor Relations Board.

Khatib helped manage a company before becoming a lawyer. She now has both business and legal experience to advise and counsel employers on various matters related to employees, including termination, leaves of absence, wage and hour regulations, and compliance with California’s privacy regulations impacting employers.
