CDF's California Labor & Employment Law Blog is once again listed on Feedspot's annual “2023 Top 70 California Employment Law Blogs and Websites.” This is the third year in a row that the firm’s blog has been ranked in the top 10. According to FeedSpot, the list was created “from thousands of blogs on the web and ranked by traffic, social media followers, domain authority and freshness.”
"CDF’s Blog Editorial Board communicates the most relevant news and trends for business owners, human resources professionals, and in-house counsel on the latest developments in labor and employment law, as well as analysis and commentary regarding best practices,” said Editor in Chief of CDF’s blog, Mark S. Spring. Spring added, “Our Editorial Board is really on top of the new developments. They put in the time and effort to publish about the latest developments when they happen, so that our subscribers are usually among the first to learn about key changes and modifications to California labor and employment law, and immigration rule changes that are applicable to California employers.”
Our Editorial Board will continue to closely monitor, track and report on legislative and judicial developments, court decisions, administrative agency opinions, and new or revised requirements or regulations, as well as other topics of interest for those responsible for managing a workforce in California and for resolving the problems that often arise in the context of the employer-employee relationship.
