Six Key CDF Partners Named 2020 Best Lawyers in America®

IRVINE, Calif., August 21, 2019 – With 2019 marking the firm’s 25th anniversary of representing California employers in employment, labor and immigration matters, Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP (CDF) proudly announces six key partners were named as one of the 2020 Best Lawyers in America® for various employment-related practice areas, in metropolitan areas throughout the state. In addition, Partner Leigh Ann White was named by Best Lawyers as the 2020 “Lawyer of the Year” in Class Action Defense, in Irvine, California.

Timothy M. Brent M. Giddens (Litigation, Labor & Employment – Los Angeles, CA). Giddens has served as lead trial counsel in numerous state and federal proceedings over the past 30 years, and has extensive experience in successfully defending wage/hour class actions, wrongful termination/discrimination lawsuits, as well as NLRB trials, collective bargaining and employment arbitration. Further, he has served as lead employment counsel in numerous transactional matters, representing both buyers and sellers. Mark S.
