CDF Partner Corey Cabral to Speak on Practical PAGA Litigation Strategies

CDF Labor Law LLP Partner Corey Cabral will serve as a panelist for the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s upcoming webinar, “Practical PAGA: Real-World Strategies for California Labor Law Litigation,” on Wednesday, September 16, 2026, at 12:30 p.m. PT.

The program will move beyond a review of PAGA case law to provide practical insight into how experienced litigators evaluate and manage Private Attorneys General Act claims from the initial filing decision through settlement and trial. The panel will address key considerations involving case evaluation, settlement negotiations, presentation of evidence, monetary penalties, attorneys’ fee awards, and other strategic aspects of PAGA litigation.

Corey will be joined by Hon. Marie Weiner (Ret.) of ADR Services, Inc. and Jennifer Kramer, Esq. of Kramer Brown Hui LLP. Together, the panelists will offer perspectives from the bench, plaintiffs’ counsel, and employer-side defense counsel.
