Heather L. Caughron defends employers in single plaintiff and representative employment actions in all litigation phases, including pre-litigation, complex discovery, law and motion, trial and appeals in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies in California.
Heather represents businesses against the full range of workplace issues, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, breach of contract and wage and hour violation matters. She advises clients on best practices, policies and procedures, personnel issues and compliance with wage and hour and leave laws to prevent litigation and mitigate the challenges of wage and hour class action and Private Attorney General Act lawsuits.
Heather’s clients include small to mid-size business owners, non-profit organizations, executives, individuals, Fortune 500 companies and contractors in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, construction, manufacturing and technology industries.
