About Lexi
Lexi J. Epley is an associate in CDF’s San Diego office, where she represents California employers in a broad range of employment-related litigation matters. Her practice includes defending claims involving wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, and wage and hour violations. She regularly represents clients in state and federal courts throughout California, as well as in arbitration proceedings.
Prior to joining CDF, Lexi handled a diverse array of business litigation matters. Her experience spans personal injury, business disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, fraud, unfair competition, breach of contract, negligence, product liability, warranty claims, commercial financial litigation, and commercial real estate litigation.
