About Warren
Warren F. Hodges represents California private and public sector employers in all aspects of employment law, including litigation, advice and counsel, and strategic planning. Warren has extensive experience in all forms of employment litigation, including complex wage and hour class actions, Private Attorneys General Act claims, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, tort claims, contract claims, unfair labor practices, and many more. Warren’s litigation experience includes all phases of pre-litigation activities, motion practice, jury trials, public and private arbitrations, and all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
Warren also counsels employers through all phases of the employment relationship, from pre-hire considerations, onboarding, performance management, reorganizations, reductions in force, executive employment management, contracting, workplace audits, discipline, termination, and post-termination issues, as well as emerging issues surrounding the use of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Warren’s practice is dedicated to helping employers navigate the complexities and nuances of California employment law, while encouraging employers to treat workers with compassion and respect.
Warren is particularly interested in ways in which artificial intelligence will shape the future of work and the workplace. He has presented and published extensively on artificial intelligence in the workplace, as well as advising employers on drafting AI use policies and reviewing vendor agreements.
