About Zi Xuan
Daisy Chen is an attorney in our Sacramento office. She represents employers in employment litigation matters, with a focus on single-plaintiff claims under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), as well as wage and hour disputes, including single-plaintiff, class, and Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions. Daisy assists with all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, propounding and responding to written discovery, preparing for depositions, conducting legal research, and supporting motion practice and mediation preparation. Daisy has experience in both state and district courts. In addition to litigation practice, Daisy also assists in advising employers across diverse industries on compliance with California employment law through policies and workplace practices.
