About Caleb
Caleb Chin defends employers in labor and employment matters in California state and federal court. Chin has represented startup, medium-sized and Fortune 500 companies.
Chin defends employers against wage and hour, class action, PAGA, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wrongful termination claims.
Chin advises employers regarding employment policy, including drafting policies and employee handbooks. He also regularly drafts employment-related contracts, such as severance and settlement agreements.
