CDF Partner Dan M. Forman to Speak at California Lawyers Association’s 2026 Labor and Employment Law Conference

CDF Labor Law LLP Partner Dan M. Forman will speak at the California Lawyers Association’s 16th Annual Advanced Wage and Hour Conference and 42nd Labor and Employment Law Annual Conference, taking place July 23–24, 2026, at the Hilton Pasadena. The two-day program will bring together labor and employment attorneys from across California for timely educational sessions and professional networking.

On Friday, July 24, from 2:15–3:45 p.m., Dan will join a panel presenting “Litigating in the Age of AI: What Every Employment Lawyer Should Know.” The session will examine the growing role of artificial intelligence in employment litigation and the emerging considerations attorneys should understand as AI continues to influence workplace disputes and legal practice.

The conference is presented by the California Lawyers Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and offers attendees up to 11 hours of MCLE credit.
